I agree, its a pity about Alien vs. Predator - it could have been a great film in the right hands and with a better script. I think its such a shame that Hollywood is run by business-men rather than artists - obviously you need both but in better balance. Without giving the plot away the film leaves things wide open for another one so who knows where it will go next!

Looks like I got the US election result the wrong way round!! - I was rather hoping for a change in leadership but at least the election seems to have been more fair this time round.

Alien vs. Predator is coming to Spain in a few weeks…. it's a pity to hear that the movie is so bad (I imagined it wouldn't be great but at least enjoyable). I thought they could use the predator theme to explain why in the first Alien movie the Nostromo crew found that Alien ship full of eggs and alien skeletons…

About US elections, hehe….. you were almost right….. in everything!. Here in Spain people is also paying more attention to the US election than to local politics. Or may I say that mass medias want us to pay more attention to US?. Because even if you don't want to pay attention… you cannot!. All TV's, newspapers, radio stations….. all are talking only about US elections. Nevertheless, they are the owners of the world… aren't they?.
